How do crosswinds affect runway selection at Kos International Airport "Ippokratis"?

Aircraft land and depart into the wind. Headwind is the part of the wind along the runway heading. Crosswind is the part blowing across the pavement. A negative headwind is a tailwind. At Kos International Airport "Ippokratis" (KGS/LGKO) the live call is landing and departure 32 with METAR wind 300° @ 6 kt. 32 shows 5.3 kt headwind, 0.0 kt tailwind, and 2.8 kt crosswind from the left. Controllers switch runways when the opposite threshold offers more headwind, or when the crosswind on the runway in use climbs. The component table lists every LGKO threshold so you can see which end holds the headwind and which end is taking the tailwind.
